Eurasia Red History1

In 2005, Eurasia RED began construction of the SAT Bussiness business center. After 2 years, in 2007, the construction of the first stage of the Aport mall on Raiymbek Avenue begins.

Stores of a new format for the mass-market market were introduced: the country's first grocery hyper-market "Ramstore" 5M-format, the largest cinema Star Cinema.

In the same year, the Eurasia RED holding, together with the Colliers agency, is conducting a geomarketing study, as a result of which directions were chosen for the construction of super-regional malls with locations on Raiymbek Avenue and Kuldzha Trakt. In September 2009, on the day of the city, the 1st stage was opened, and in 2010 the management team decided to expand the mall and introduce an entertainment format into the shopping concept.

The development of the entertainment content of the mall has begun:

2010 - the Funky Town amusement park was opened, in 2012 the Hawaii water park was opened, and electronics and children's goods hypermarkets were launched: Sportmaster, Technodom, LCWaikiki, Detsky Mir, NewYorker, DeFacto, etc.

In 2015, the Eurasia RED holding acquired 2 sites to implement the idea of expanding the mall and in 2017 completed the commissioning of the 3rd stage of construction, which included Magnum and Miami Resort & Spa.

Sulpak electronics hypermarket was launched in 2017.

In 2018, a new and largest indoor amusement park Funky World was opened, as well as a chain of stores of the LPP group of companies such as: Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Mohito.

In 2020, the settlement of tenants is fully completed.

On an area of 30 hectares, the Eurasia RED holding implemented the first super-regional mall project in Kazakhstan with a lifestyle concept with an area of 250,000 sq. m.

Around the mall, major developers of the country are implementing projects for the construction of more than 1 million sq.m. housing, and the Eurasia RED holding is a catalyst for the development of the infrastructure of the Almaty region, being also the largest taxpayer and employer - the Aport mall provides 5000 jobs.

The management team has attracted 75 international brands to the Kazakhstan market.

In 2020, a decision was made to scale up the company's retail and entertainment sector and the construction of the Aport Mall East was initiated.

In August 2021, the company began construction of a new mall. Aport Mall East will also be implemented in a lifestyle concept. The first phase will include a family entertainment format, the largest 16-screen Kinoplexx Halyk16 IMAX cinema in the CIS, sports, shoe, fashion-retail stores and goods from Europe, Russia, Turkey, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and other countries.

At the end of 2022, Eurasia RED started the construction of the 2nd stage, which will include an indoor water park and a SPA complex.

In 2023, on City Day, the official opening of Aport Mall East with an area of 110,000 sq.m. will take place.

The company plans to build new commercial real estate in Kazakhstan and beyond.
